Elvira gets upset with Esteban when she finds out that he started a relationship with Paz and warns him that she is not going to allow the cook to take Berenice's place. Monica reveals to Paz that Ginebra and Mauro put something in her drink to make her confess the truth, but she is sure that Sam is in danger with them.
